Welcome, teacher of light.

You are entering the inner field of Tree & Sun — a practice that extends beyond meditation into energetic stewardship.

This space was created for those who lead, teach, and hold the hearts of others. Whether you guide yoga, meditation, ceremony, or any form of transformational work, you are part of a sacred lineage of keepers, those who midwife awakening and help others return to wholeness.

Tree & Sun teaches not only how to replenish energy, but how to transmit it safely. It reminds us that power doesn’t come from giving our energy away. It comes from remembering our connection to the living current that runs through all things.

Here, you’ll learn how to hold this current in group settings, how to protect your own field, and how to guide participants into their own authentic connection with Earth and Source.

This is not a technique. It is a relationship.

One of reverence, balance, and surrender.

If you feel called to bring Tree & Sun into your classroom, retreat, or healing space, you are invited to explore the Teacher’s Guide below — a practical and spiritual framework for leading this meditation in harmony with the whole.

May you walk between worlds with grace.

May your roots be deep, and your light clear.

Welcome to the circle of teachers.

The essence behind Tree & Sun

Tree & Sun was born from a realization: that depletion isn’t caused by a lack of energy, but by the belief that energy can be lost.

In guiding students, I saw how that belief created separation. It created a story of scarcity that dimmed their natural vitality.

The moment we remember that all is one, that energy and Source are inseparable from who we are, healing begins.

This practice is a return to that truth — a circular flow of giving and receiving, where nothing is ever taken, and everything is renewed.

When you’re ready to share Tree & Sun with others, begin here.

The following guide will help you prepare your space, align your energy, and lead this meditation in a way that is both grounded and luminous.

These are not rigid steps, but living principles — tools to help you hold sacred space with steadiness, humility, and clarity.

Use what resonates, adapt what you need, and let your intuition — and the energy itself — show you the rest.

A guide

This practice can be used in classrooms, retreats, or group energy sessions.

It teaches grounding, energetic sovereignty, and gentle self-governance.

Each participant learns to draw energy directly from the Earth rather than from others in the room — a vital distinction for any awakening space.

Opening the Meditation

  1. Harmonize the Energy

Begin by setting the intention to work in harmony with any existing energies in the space — seen or unseen.

Ask for permission to open the field, and invite balance, peace, and clarity.

  2. Ground and Center

Feel your own energy drop into the Earth.

Visualize a root descending from your spine deep into the soil.

Allow stability to rise through you before you guide others.

  3. Prepare the Environment

Dim the lights or light a few candles or tealights.

You may smudge or mist the air with gentle scent — eucalyptus, geranium, or sandalwood are excellent choices.

Soft music or silence, whichever feels aligned.

  4. Establish Sacred Anchors

Call in the four directions, the elements, the ancestors, and any divine or natural allies you work with.

You may use sacred geometry, crystals, or simply intention.

Visualize energetic leylines forming through the room, connecting Earth to sky.

  5. Align and Allow

Ask for support from the higher realms, however you name them: God, Goddess, Source, Spirit.

Sit quietly. Let your awareness expand to include everyone present.

    Then give over.

Release ego, outcome, and identity as “teacher.”

You are a channel for love, not its architect.

During the practice

  • Speak slowly, clearly, and in your own voice.
  • Credit the origin of Tree and Sun if using the full guided text.
  • Invite participants to stay within their own energy fields.
  • Encourage awareness of both breath and Earth connection.
  • Maintain a steady rhythm. Your calm becomes the container.

If you sense disharmony in the group, simply deepen your own grounding.

Your coherence will naturally stabilize the field.

A note on the energy within this practice

Tree & Sun is a living, energetic meditation — what some may call a “coded” experience.

Because it works through both body and consciousness, participants may notice physical or emotional sensations: warmth, tingling, lightness, release, even waves of emotion or tears.

This is all completely natural. It’s simply the body and energy field reorganizing into balance.

Encourage participants to stay present, breathe, and allow whatever arises to move through without attachment or analysis.

Afterward, suggest that they drink plenty of water, rest, and let the integration continue gently over the hours or days that follow.

This meditation is designed to ground, awaken, and renew — to help dissolve old energetic patterns so new vitality can take root.

Release and Ground

When the meditation ends, invite participants to bring awareness back to the body.

Ask them to thank the Earth, the Sun, and themselves.

Seal the Space

Blow out candles or extinguish incense.

Imagine a soft waterfall of light flowing over you — clearing any residual energy.

Feel your roots reconnect to the Earth once more.

Energetic Hygiene

Do not take on what participants share.

Listen compassionately but stay centered in neutrality.

If emotion arises in the group, breathe deeply and imagine golden light expanding around everyone present.

Final Reset

After everyone leaves, perform your own Tree & Sun visualization again.

This re-establishes your balance and keeps your energy clear.
